Eligibility for Returns
• Unopened and Unused Products: Return cluster lashes in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 10 days of delivery.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Report damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or Opened Products: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for lashes that are opened, used, or altered.
• Sale Items: Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email ilashedservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos for damaged/defective items.
2. Approval: If approved, you’ll receive a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Product: Pack securely and include your RA number. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
4. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
